Ralph Good

Christian Bassist, songwriter and author

Ralph Good is a Christian bassist, songwriter and author from Harrisburg, PA. He founded the Ralph Good Project to proclaim God’s word through music.

Good came to Christ during his early twenties. As a young eager bassist with no prior Bible knowledge, he initially caved to the misguidance of self-proclaimed authorities who directed him to compromise his rights as a believer. This experience drove Good away from, instead of towards God and nearly destroyed his life.

As a solution, Good took up studying the Word of God to find the truth, focusing on the concept of our God-given rights and abuse of authority in the church. He realized quickly he was not alone as a victim of abuse and misuse of authority in the church as a Christian.

Good authored several Christian books on the topics of spiritual authority, Our God-Given Rights and understanding God’s ordinance without fear. Silent prayers said with tears led to the birth of written poems and lyrics. Singing these songs as a form of worship during his most difficult times helped Good write the songs included on The Message Of The Cross.

Good’s volunteer efforts to improve his community earned awards from the Mayor of Harrisburg and governor of Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania State Senate and House of Representatives also presented awards for his voluntary community efforts. The Ralph Good Project includes multiple talented musicians. It was founded as a manifestation of Good’s songwriting and belief in proclaiming the truth of God’s Word,
